Experience

Alysa has been a freelance writer for more than two decades. In that time, she's penned everything from ghostwritten articles about green burial to educational pieces about French, her second language. She's also written a book about taking selfies and a historical fantasy novel.

Education

Alysa is a graduate of New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study. Her art history concentration allowed her to explore New York's museums and learn about art and culture around the world. She spent a year studying abroad at NYU's Paris campus and was the recipient of the 2002 New York University French Department Book Award.
